Oracle NetSuite SFTP

Oracle NetSuite ERP is an all-in-one cloud business management solution that helps organizations operate more efficiently by automating core processes and providing real-time visibility into operational and financial performance. It is a widely recognized ERP, highly efficient, and fairly simple to use. To accommodate and fast-track the integration of all the HighRadius Solutions with NetSuite, the HighRadius product team has developed a NetSuite HEX that supports both SFTP based integration as well as API based integration.

The NetSuite HEX (SFTP) is SuiteApp certified, that is, it has been reviewed and approved by the NetSuite SuiteAppManager to be listed in Marketplace of NetSuite.

HighRadius Extractor (HEX) is also referred to as SFTP based data transmission mode. This section describes the configurations required to procure the extracts through SFTP.

Overview of NetSuite Implementation Process Flow - SFTP Based Transmission Method

Refer to the following steps to configure the NetSuite (NS) instance for the SFTP based transmission method:

1. To enable the NS instance of client for data transmission via the HighRadius connector, appropriate bundles must be pushed to the NS instance. Consultants must fill up this form to raise the request with the Product team.

   Note Some hyperlinks and their drill-down documents can have restricted access only to HighRadius. Contact the HighRadius Account Manager for access.

2. Integration enablement - in NS instance

   • Install the HighRadius - NS bundles in the NS instance of client.

   • Set up the HighRadius Integration Setup Page in the NS instance of client.

   • Set up On Demand Triggers.

   • Schedule the Scripts.

   • Configure the Saved searches.

3. Configure the ECI jobs from HighRadius.
