ERP Enablement

HighRadius seamlessly integrates with Sage Intacct through Out-of-the-box support. This section provides instructions on integration setup.

Note

The Web Services Sender ID is highradiusMPP.

Before using HighRadius, clients must complete the following steps using Sage Intacct:

Enabling Web Services Subscription

  1. Log in to your Sage Intacct account, and navigate to Company > Admin > Subscriptions.

  2. In the Subscriptions window, enable Web Services as displayed below.

Authorizing Web Services Sender ID for the Company

  1. Navigate to Company > Setup > Company and click Company.

  2. In the Company information page, click the Security tab.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Click the Web Services authorizations grid and click Add.

  5. Provide the Sender ID as highradiusMPP along with the description and click Save.

    Note

    Sender ID is displayed in the Web Services authorizations tab.

Creating a User ID

  1. Navigate to Company > Admin > Web Services users.

  2. Add the user by clicking the User Information tab.

  3. Select the role as Admin under the Roles information tab as the required privileges are provided to the user.

Note

  • Typically, this will be a Web Services user account that does not include UI access.

  • Following entities must be shared to HighRadius by the client:

    • Company ID

    • Web Services User ID

    • Web Services User Password
